FHAM – Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition is recognized as South Asia’s premier hospitality trade fair. Held annually in the Maldives, the event serves as a pivotal platform that brings together international and local businesses, culinary experts, resort operators, and hospitality professionals. It continues to play a vital role in driving the growth of the Maldives’ dynamic hospitality sector while contributing to the broader South Asian region.
This year, IFS, in collaboration with CBL Food Solutions, successfully participated in FHAM 2025 for the second consecutive time. The event took place from 7th – 9th September 2025 at Hulhumalé Central Park.

In addition, CBL Food Solutions proudly sponsored the “Best Revello Chocolate Dessert” Culinary Competition, which featured over 35 talented culinary artists. The competition showcased remarkable creativity and highlighted the versatility of premium chocolates in dessert creation.
Sera Spices and Sera Noodles were among the other exciting new product lines launched by CBL during the exhibition. The Ritzbury Drinking Chocolate also attracted significant attention, delighting visitors with its rich taste through live sampling conducted across all three days.
Visitors to the IFS–CBL stall enjoyed the opportunity to experience a wide range of product samplings, featuring compound and coverture chocolates, chocolate vermicelli, and other innovative garnishing solutions designed for both cooking and decoration.
The participation not only strengthened brand visibility but also provided an exceptional platform to engage with culinary professionals, resort chefs, and key industry stakeholders. IFS and CBL were honored to welcome several esteemed resort clients, who experienced firsthand the superior quality and versatility of the product portfolio.
